Dear Missouri gun owners and fellow patriots,

I've got bad news.

Governor Jay Nixon vetoed the Second Amendment Preservation Act (HB-436)
.

Without the Second Amendment Preservation Act, Missouri will leave it's doors open to Barack Obama's anti-gun agenda.

This includes Executive Orders and enhanced BATFE enforcement rules and regulations designed to sidestep Congress.

Worse, it would allow any new anti-gun laws that pass Congress to be immediately implemented in Missouri without any protection from the State.

What part of "shall not be infringed" does Governor Nixon not understand?

The good news is your State Legislature has an opportunity to override Governor Nixon's veto of the Second Amendment Preservation Act.

But I'm afraid they may get cold feet and kowtow to radical anti-gun lobbyists like billionaire-playboy New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg instead.

You see, HB-436 would protect Missouri gun owners from unconstitutional Federal intrusion on your Second Amendment rights.

It would make it a class A misdemeanor to violate firearm owner privacy or for federal officials to enforce ANY infringement on your right to keep-and-bear arms.

Standing up to the anti-gun lobby and the Federal government's unwarranted and unconstitutional infringements?

Sadly, that makes many politicians tremble with fear.

If you believe that "shall not be infringed" means what it says than I hope you'll take action right now
.

Please contact your legislators now and urge them to override the veto of HB-436!

Urge your lawmakers to listen to the tens of thousands of constituents like you by overriding Governor Nixon's veto of HB-436 right away.

Insist that they stand up to Barack Obama's anti-gun agenda instead of embracing it.

Thank you very much for taking action.
