Dear Fellow Patriot,

Are your gun rights safe from lawmakers in Dover? 

Unfortunately, the answer is no.

Billionaire playboy ex-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has set his sights on passing new gun control in your backyard, and

His group, Mayors Against Guns, recently revealed they're prepared to spend over $25 million on gun control at the state level.

And Delaware is on their radar.

That's because last year NAGR members and supporters like you, dealt a crippling and unexpected blow to House Bill 88, an anti-gun bill backed by Governor Markell, and anti-gun Attorney General Beau Biden.

That made gun-grabbers furious.

I'm afraid this anti-gun bill is not dead yet.

It's back and insiders are warning that it could be one of the first things lawmakers revisit when they return in January.

If passed, HB-88 would strip more otherwise law-abiding residents of Delaware of their gun rights under the ruse of "mental health" and allow for their firearms to be CONFISCATED.

You may remember this was the bill that failed after it was revealed that some supposedly "pro-gun" supporters of the bill may have stood to profit from the bill if it passed.

Unfortunately, now Biden, Bloomberg, and their henchmen are out to target Republicans and Democrats alike in the State Senate if they do not cave in and pass it at once.

Worse, that might be just the tip of the iceberg.

Governor Jack Markell has promised "a very bold and ambitious [gun control] agenda when [lawmakers] come back in January."

Several other anti-gun bills are still alive and kicking in Dover including:

*** HB-58, a ban on magazines that can hold more than ten rounds;

*** HB-67, a new felony for defending yourself or your children with a weapon on school property;

*** SB-23, a bill to eliminate state preemption, a vital law that protects gun owners from renegade anti-gun local officials; and,

*** SB-37, a sweeping new so-called "assault weapon" ban.

Will you stand up and help defeat Bloomberg and his cronies in Delaware before it's too late?

No More Gun Control Petition
To members of the Delaware General Assembly and Governor Jack Markell:
Whereas: President Obama, ex-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and their gun control allies are trying to impose their radical anti-gun agenda on residents of Delaware; and,
Whereas: By definition, criminals don't obey laws and new gun control laws make it more difficult for law-abiding citizens to protect themselves and their families; and,
Whereas: The right to keep-and-bear arms is protected by the Constitution of the State of Delaware and the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."; and,
Whereas: Gun rights supporters, like myself, strongly oppose gun control and will be paying close attention to all new anti-gun schemes voted for by any State Lawmaker or signed by the Governor.
Therefore: Therefore, as a citizen of Delaware, I URGE you to oppose, vote against, or veto all anti-gun legislation including HB-88, the gun-confiscation scheme, in ANY form.
