National Association for Gun Rights - New Mexico Petition

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Are your gun rights safe from lawmakers in Santa Fe?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.

Billionaire playboy ex-New York City Michael Bloomberg has set his sights on passing new gun control in your backyard.

Worse, Republican Governor Susana Martinez has said last year she would sign a bill cracking down on gun shows throughout the state if it gets to her desk.

And the gun-grabbers have introduced that bill. It's House Bill 44, and right now they're preparing to RAM it through.

Will you stand up and help defeat Bloomberg and his cronies before it's too late?

If so, please take a moment to contact your elected officials by clicking here.

Also, please sign this petition to your state lawmakers and Governor Martinez urging them to oppose HB-44 right away
.

For Freedom,

Dudley Brown, Executive Director, National Association for Gun Rights

National Association for Gun Rights

No More Gun Control Petition (Oppose HB-44)
To members of the New Mexico State Legislature and Governor Susana Martinez:
Whereas: President Obama, ex-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and their gun control allies are trying to impose their radical anti-gun agenda on residents of New Mexico; and,
Whereas: By definition, criminals don't obey laws and new gun control laws make it more difficult for law-abiding citizens to protect themselves and their families; and,
Whereas: The right to keep-and-bear arms is protected by the Constitution of the State of New Mexico and the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."; and,
Whereas: Gun rights supporters, like myself, strongly oppose gun control and will be paying close attention to all gubernatorial actions on new anti-gun schemes as well as any State Legislator who votes for them.
Therefore: Therefore, as a citizen of New Mexico, I URGE you to oppose, and vote against or veto all anti-gun legislation, including House Bill 44 or any bill that expands background checks or "cracks down" on gun shows.

The National Association for Gun Rights will keep me informed about your votes and actions.
